El Matador Beach, Malibu CA Engagement Session

The first time I met Kirsten and Jon was at their engagement session on El Matador beach in Malibu. It was maybe 10 minutes in and I had already felt like I had known them for years! Not only are they amazing and such kind individuals, but the love they share for each other is beyond evident. The entire time I spent with them they were joking and laughing and just having a great time together. The happiness absolutely radiated from them. You can’t help but to feel all around welcomed and joyful when you’re around them, especially when they’re together! Their carefree, radiant, and romantic personalities fit so well with this gorgeous coastal location. Talk about perfect! I was so glad they chose this spot for their engagement session! The beach was absolutely stunning and perfect for a sunset engagement shoot. The sun was glowing and peeking out through the rocks and the air was warm and breezy. Does it get any better than that? It does- by popping a bottle champagne of course! We followed up this dreamy engagement session with going to dinner together at a restaurant nearby and getting to know each other better! I truly cannot thank Kirsten and Jon enough for letting us get to know them, be a part of their story, and trusting us to capture this exciting milestone in their lives.
